In any car accident case < you should investigate whether the other driver was cited for a traffic violation . The reason that this is important is it helps prove who was at fault . This leads me to the topic of agressive drivers .The Metro Nashville Police Department has a agressive driver enforcement divison . What makes one an agressive driver ? If a driver is cited for two moving violations at the same time , the driver is considered an agressive driver . The standard has been established by the National Highway Safety Traffic Adminstration . In Nashville , the police will stamp the ticket "agressive driver" if it applies . So , it pays to get a copy of the ticket .
