The second accident caused by driver overcorrection happened Monday afternoon on March 5,2007 . Jennifer Lovvorn , of Woodbury , Tennessee ,was killed when her car was hit by a Ford Winstar minivan . According to reports , The driver of the minivan veered onto the gravel on the shoulder of the road then the driver overcorrected and traveled into the other lane of traffic striking Ms. Lovvorn car . The accident occured on John Bragg Highway in Murfreesboro , Tennessee . Again , this situation exists when a driver fails to pay attention to their driving , panics , and then overcorrects their car . One of the key duties of drivers is to excercise due care when operating their car or truck . Our best wishes goes out to the families of all those involved .
