Two stories in the news today worth commenting on . In East Williamson County on Nolensville Road , Two people lost their lives due to a alleged drunk driver .One of the victims was a young child . Secondly , Mothers Against Drunk Drivers (MADD) is advocating that all persons convicted of DUI have a ignition interlock device installed on their cars . An ignition interlock device will require a person to blow into a tube to determine if the person has had any alcohol . If the machine detects alcohol , the car will not start . This has been adopted in New Mexico statewide . In Tennessee , it is on a case by case basis . If you have been injured by a drunk driver , I encourage you to contact an attorney as soon as possible to gather critical evidence yo use in your case . If no insurance is available , you can file a victim's compensation claim .
