Car accidents involving cab drivers are not unique to Nashville . However , one last week takes the prize . A local cab driver was taking some passengers home after a night on the town . They get into a discussion on religion and it turns into chaos . Once , he dropped off his fare , he then prceeded to try to run them down . the cab driver was arrested for attempted murder on his passengers . Is the cab company liable for his actions ? May be. May be not . Intentional acts of employee are generally not recoverable unless it was foreseeable that the cabbie may try to run over his passengers .
