One factor in auto accident or truck accident cases is post accident medical treatment. After the accident, what you do matters. There are three factors . First , a delay in treatment will kill your case. Did you go to the hospital soon after the accident or did you wait days if not weeks. Second , the reputation of the medical provider will be called into question. Was it your primary care doctor or another medical provider that gave treatment ? Lastly , were you over treated for a routine injury. I would also add to this list is did you follow your doctor's orders. Post medical treatment can cause a red flag for the insurance company when looking at your insurance claim.
