I am a member of the American Association for Justice. One of its missions is to protect consumers on a host of civil justice issues. Yesterday ,The American Association for Justice issued a press release on the ten worst insurance companies in America. For the next few days, I will write about the various companies. Number one is All State. I whole heartily agree with this choice. All State"s claims policy is the classic deny and delay practice. The company lowballs the claim and usually fights every case even if liability is clear. The company also pioneered the computer claims handling process. Ask any judge in Nashville what insurance company is the worst and I guarantee that the answer is All State.
