I have written about the need to gather evidence since I started writing the blog . In trucking accidents and car wreck cases whoever has the most information and demonstrative evidence is far ahead in the case . Today, we will talk briefly about the data recorders known as the black box that are in a lot of cars and trucks now on the road .

Event Data Recorders commonly known as a black box first appeared in the early days of air bags. Investor's Business Daily reports over 60 million cars are equipped with these devices. The data that can be recovered from the device is capable of providing detailed crash information .In a tractor trailor crash , one can recover this data to assist the prepartion of the case . An accident reconstruction expert can take this data to prove liabilty of who was a fault in the accident . I cannot stress how important it is to get started quickly on these types of cases .
