Truck drivers are limited to drive only 70 hours per week .They must take a rest break every 10 hours . Also , logbooks must be kept on their time driving . Getting the logbooks is one reason a truck accident case should be filed as soon as possible . One interesting fact that was on the radio today , new doctors are allowed to work 80 hours per week with no required rest break . So , we know driver fatigue causes accidents . What about doctor fatigue and limiting the number of surgeries done in one day .
