I am preparing for a depostion of a doctor in a commerical truck accident case today . It is vital to your case to be able to prove your medical expenses to prevail . As I was going thru the medical records , I was reminded that the medical proof is critical . A person may recover reasonable and necessary expenses for medical care , services , and supplies actually given in treatment of a party . You have to prove that by testimony of the treating doctor . In our office , we always videotape the deposition of the doctor . We live in an age where it is critcal in presenting your trial story to have the video of the doctor describing your clients injuries .
