Building Collapse Kills Worker

Recently , a building collapsed during demolition in Nashville , Tennessee . A worker was killed as he was removing a natural gas line . At this time , the cause of the collapse is unknown . After a workplace accident , the Tenneessee Occupational Safety and Health Act investgators will make a report on the accident . The employer is required to report all deaths that occur on the job site . Obtaining these reports are critical to determine what happened at the scene . All these reports are public records . Due to the watering down of the Workers Compensation Act , you should investigate whether a third party is resposible for a workers death . Just from reading these reports , it appears construction accidents are on the rise .
